Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging and accessories
Used machines,customized packages, and opened consumables are not eligible for return.
Please contact us before returning any item.Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Locations
We provide return addresses in the United States and Europe,depending on your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty
All machines come with a 1-year warranty for quality-related issues.
If a manufacturing defect occurs within one year, we will provide a replacement
or repair solution.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered.

Shipping Methods & Pricing
Shipping costs and minimum order requirements vary by region due to different logistics rules.
- United States& Europe
- Shipping is calculated by weight. Small and mixed orders are accepted.
- Latin America& Middle East
Shipping is calculated by volume (CBM).
Due to high logistics costs, larger minimum order quantities are required for these regions.
For customers in Latin
America and the Middle East, shipping fees and order quantities must be confirmed before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time (Sea Freight)
Estimated transit times
may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local logistics.

Air Shipping
Air shipping is available for selected products and destinations.
