Used machines, customized packages, and opened consumables are not eligible for return.
Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Locations
We provide return addresses in the United States and Europe, depending on your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty
All machines come with a 1-year warranty for quality-related issues.
If a manufacturing defect occurs within one year, we will provide a replacement or repair solution.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered.
